Ingredients

Stirfresh Carrot & Coriander Soup Mix
Chicken or vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Heat garlic or chilli oil in pot.
  2. Add Stirfresh Carrot & Coriander Soup Mix and fry for a few minutes, stirring until soft.
  3. Add chicken stock; or vegetable stock for a vegetarian option.
  4. Cover with water and simmer for 45 minutes.
